Leonard Zhao has spent more than 20 years in the specialty chemicals industry. Before founding EMLTA, he held senior commercial roles at Rohm and Haas — one of the world's leading specialty chemicals companies — serving as Area Sales Manager and then Sales Manager for Northern China, building deep expertise in PVC additives and the processors who rely on them.
He founded Weihai EMLTA Chemical Industry in 2008 and has grown it into a trusted supplier across plasticizers, impact modifiers, processing aids, stabilizers and resins. Drawing on years on the commercial and technical front line, he built EMLTA's reputation on technical depth and consistency — working alongside customers on formulation, scale-up and quality assurance rather than simply shipping product.
